In the world of campers, certification is neither a formality nor an abstract quality label. It is the foundation of trust, safety, and the manufacturer’s legal responsibility to the customer. For years, Lifestylecamper has consistently confirmed its quality certifications; for us, this is an integral part of building professional credibility, customer trust, and recognition within the global community.
Lifestylecamper is the only certified camper manufacturer in Ukraine, a status confirmed by official international documentation. We first obtained our certificates back in 2019, including ISO 9001:2015 − the international standard for quality management systems − as well as a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for the SteelDrop and X-Line models. Since then, we have not merely retained these certifications, but continue to reaffirm them through independent audits and regular documentation updates.

What does camper certification mean for our customers?
Our campers hold official vehicle certification both in Ukraine and across the European Union. This confirms compliance with current technical regulations and safety, design, and operational requirements. Most importantly, it means they can be legally registered, insured, and used without legal or practical risks for the owner. For the customer, this is not just a matter of convenience, but a guarantee of legal protection − both during everyday use and when crossing borders.
A separate level of responsibility is the certification of our quality management system under ISO 9001:2015. This standard applies not to an individual product, but to the entire structure of how the company operates − from design and procurement to manufacturing, quality control, and after-sales support. The certificate requires ongoing validation: we undergo annual surveillance audits and a full recertification every three years. This ensures continuous external oversight, regular process improvements, up-to-date documentation, and accountability for every production decision.
Such an approach demands resources, discipline, and the willingness to avoid shortcuts. Yet this is precisely what distinguishes a professional manufacturer from improvised or “garage-built” solutions. It is also what allows our customers to be confident that Lifestylecamper is a manufacturer that proves its status through consistent practice, not merely declarations.
Taken together, these certifications provide maximum assurance for our customers. With a Lifestylecamper, you are not just purchasing a product, but gaining protection, guarantees, transparency, and stable quality. This is especially important in the realities of the Ukrainian market, where uncertified builds without warranties or responsibility are increasingly common.
How does the camper warranty work?
In every country where we operate, warranty terms are defined by local legislation, which means warranty periods may vary. In Ukraine, for example, the standard warranty is 12 months; in several EU countries it is 24 months. In Norway, we provide a camper warranty of up to five years. What does this mean for our customers?
Regardless of the country, every customer receives exactly the same camper − produced at the same factory, from the same materials, by the same hands, and to the same standards. We do not adjust quality for different markets. The product itself remains unchanged. If we are able to offer a five-year warranty in one country, it means that everywhere else the camper has the same margin of reliability. This is a product designed to stand the test of time and real-world use.
The longest warranty we offer applies to the external polymer coating, which may extend up to 20 years. Body shell waterproof is covered for between 5 and 10 years, depending on the coating used on a specific camper model. Separate warranty periods apply to the suspension and chassis, household appliances, heating and air-conditioning systems, and other components of the motorhome.
We deliberately invest time and effort into repeated inspections and certification renewals because we are convinced that true freedom of travel begins with safety, transparency, and consistently high quality − quality for which the manufacturer is prepared to take full responsibility.
